I live in the UK right now and I plan on moving to Spain after I get my University Degree. I’m going to be a Business Major, I’m 17 right now so I have plenty of time to learn.
I just don’t know what’s the best way to learn, the degree I am doing is a Bachelor’s that has an option of doing a Minor in Spanish but I don’t think that will be enough.
So what’s the best way for me to learn Spanish?

I would recommend you to find a native spanish speaker to speak with everyday. Or if can’t find one, there are lots of spanish software around the web. I heard rosetta is good but expensive, but there are other players too. Anyway, I think you should just read it yourself here: http://spanishsoftwarereviews.org I think they are an organization that reviews spanish software. Good content so far on what I have read.
Good luck dude.
Btw, why did you choose to take University Degree in Spain?
Immersion is great. Try making friends with non-English speakers and avoid speaking English as much as possible. A word of advice about moving to Spain, it´s true what they say about the unemployment rate. Even bilingual people with Master´s degrees can´t find work. I would suggest finding a job from a UK business with offices in Spain before moving here and losing your life savings.
By far rthe best way for you to learn Spanish to a good standard in a reasonablly short period of time is to take an Instensive or semi-intensive course over here in Spain.
You will take a varierty of lessons every week - maybe between 30 and 45 Hours, but these will not all be done in the classroom - you will be taken shopping, to the Theatre, out to Dinner etc… to enable you not only to get a feel for the Grammar and Vcab, but to learn also about the correct Pronunciation, The Spanish Culture and how the language is used.
You can also elect to stay in the Home of a Spanish speaking family, so that during your stay in Spain you will be fully Immersed in the language and will interact with very few English Speakers.
This full Immersion / Intensive training is generally tailored to suit your requirements in terms if time of year, duration of stay, location etc… - The real trick is keeping practicing the language when you are back in the UK.

My husband is Cuban and I wanted to learn Spanish fast. I used the following products w/ GREAT success:
Rocket Spanish- well priced and fun
Learning Spanish Like Crazy- more difficult but extremely helpful
Visual Spanish
Flash cards from many different places- vis-ed and quick-study, etc
Think Spanish magazine which was the most helpful …www.readspanish.com
If you’re planning to move to spain, try to contact a native Spanish for a language exchange. Visit this languages web page: http://www.babelan.net
In addition, in London you can meet this group. Croydon-Spanish Meetup: http://www.babelan.net/anuncio.php?lang=…
