What Language Is Easier Or More Beneficial To Learn, Chinese Or Japanese?
by admin on February 11, 2010
I’m majoring in Government with a minor in international relations and plan to go to graduate school for business specifically in the field of International business/finance. I already speak Spanish and wanted to learn another language. Which would be easier to learn Chinese or Japanese or which would be more beneficial?

Well, in the field of international business, both Chinese and Japanese are playing important roles. For my part, Chinese will be my choice. The reason of my choice is that, with the rapid development of China, China is becoming stronger and stronger and there are more and more people learning Chinese. Chinese will become an important tool for the exchange of ideas that have adapted to the needs of human social life, so Chinese will be the best choice for us, since a lot of people hold the idea that Japanese is hard to learn. If you have other questions related to Chinese, just feel free to contact me at jennifer.zhu@echineselearning.com(www.eC… I will be glad to help you.
Chinese would be more beneficial to learn, since it’s a leading language right now and could be very important in business. However, it is hard to learn to read because of the individual characters. I suggest that you learn it though, because it may help you a lot in the future. Japanese, on the other hand, is actually easy to learn, but might not be as beneficial as Chinese.
i guess Chinese is not easy to learn, especially in writing and reading.but it’s funny,as Chinese have long history and magnificent culture.and China is the largest export country now.if you want to do business, i think Chinese is more beneficial for you.
http://www.learnchinese.sg which have more useful info (including Chinese culture, history, kinds of material for E-learning Chinese.)for you to learn Chinese.
First of all, all the best in your chosen field! I would say Mandarin Chinese would benefit you the most. There are many subtle differences in Chinese dialects similar to the language of the street or regions in Spain, Italy, etcetra. A Government Consulate just may have the best answer for you.
What the Chinese teacher Jennifer.zhu said is very reasonable. One day Chinese will be an important tool not only for the exchange of ideas, but also for the global trade and business.
Chinese would probably be more beneficial right now.
But if you already speak Spanish, Japanese would probably be a lot easier for you to learn.
Chinese ideally……….because Japanese is limited to the country itself and in the rest of the world Chinese population is more than Japanese
Chinese…
Easier to learn is Japanese.. but Chinese is more beneficial since Japanese is spoken only in Japan.
Of course, Chinese is much easier and more beneficial!
